Through the work with civilians injured during the Israel-Hamas conflict, we became aware of the chronic shortage of medical supplies and equipment in Gaza. The absence of even basics such as bandages, let alone life-saving medicines, with the issues from starvation and malnutrition, impacts the ability of medical staff to provide adequate treatment to prevent further fatalities from injuries.
We are engaged with European States and International Bodies to provide recommendations and needs assessments of urgent humanitarian aid including medical relief as well as stabilization strategies for Gaza.
In October 2023, prior to the foundation of “No Ordinary Day” we worked on the successful evacuation of foreign nationals and non-governmental organisations from Gaza at the start of the conflict with "Conflict Rescue".
Since that time, we have remained closely involved in Gaza, working with hostage families alongside “We Are All Hostages”, as well briefing governments globally on the ceasefire strategies, geopolitical, hostage crisis, and humanitarian challenges.
We have been uniquely able to communicate effectively and in a neutral manner with the parties in-conflict, as well as the mediating states, and other stakeholders, whether nation state or non-governmental organisations, or international bodies to whom we present our impartial reports and findings to in the U.S., the Middle East and Europe.
